I am commitment to enact legislation allowing the civil confinement of violent sexual predators predisposed to molest, rape or kill again.   It is imperative that our society and especially our children be protected from the pain and fear caused by the recidivism of these predators.  Defining these offenders as having mental abnormalities or personality disorders that makes them likely to engage in repeated acts of sexual violence does not violate their civil rights.
